Thanks Lou. Six months after a really bad foot injury and surgery, this is my first week walking (albeit in a moon boot) I have been in a lot of pain and unable to do my job as a midwife. After listening to you this morning…wake up call Janice…listen to your body. Be patient. For the first time in months, I actually feel grateful that my body is able to heal.
