I love this latest mix.

This is a mouth wash that is used once or twice daily depending on the problems with the teeth.

Mix the powder with water and swill and swish in between the teeth for 2 minutes daily.

It is a mouth wash and is not for drinking.

You can use as many times a day as you want, it take take a few days if you have pain with your teeth. This is only effective my continual use, until teeth problems are rectified.
