Bowel Purge
Over 70% of our immune system lines our gut and bowel. It is an integral part to our health and wellness.
I created this mix after facilitating and detoxification retreats and wanting a blend that will not just purge the bowel, I wanted a mix that would also soothe, heal and retrain the bowels.
Bowel Purge is dose dependant, this means the more you take the more you are cleansing and purging.
Bowel tone contains herbs such as senna, peppermint, meadowsweet, plantain, aloe, marshmallow, ginger, rhubarb and dandelion root, as well as others in this formulation.
As different constitutions have different tolerances, it is recommended to start with a smaller dose.
This blend is the only blend that is not recommended for long term use. It is commonly used in conjunction with a cleanse, fast or purge. If you have long term constipation it is recommended that you seek medical advice.
